Open Positions

Engineering

Responsible for technical review and optimization throughout the entire product development process, providing technical support from project planning to production implementation

Design Engineer

Responsible for structural and component design of generators and engines, 3D modeling and drawing creation, as well as new product design verification and improvement

Quality Management

We ensure stability and reliability through quality inspection of products and components, performance testing, process quality control, and defect analysis

Material Management

Manages the receipt and shipment of raw materials and components required for production, optimizes inventory levels, and oversees the procurement and supply system with partner companies

Manufacturing & Assembly

We handle the entire production process, from engine and generator assembly and production line operation to standard process compliance and work efficiency improvement, through to finished product testing

Electrical Systems Design

Responsible for designing electrical and electronic circuits for generator and engine control, creating wiring diagrams, and developing control devices and electrical systems

Software Development

We lead the digitalization of products through ECU, generator control systems, vehicle and marine engine software, HMI, and simulator development

Big Data Analysis

We collect and analyze operational and test data to provide actionable insights for performance optimization, fault prediction, and new product development
